JUST LISTED!!! 422 Camino Hermoso, San Marcos California

The Market is HOT, Summer is HOT, Ice Cream is COOL!!


I really did intend to blog about once a month.  Now that it is almost June, and ONE post has been completed, I have sadly fallen short of my goal.  Seems ironic that my 1st post was on just that, GOALS.  However, I am happy report that I have shed some much needed pounds as a result of setting small goals before me!  (I never intend to lose weight, as you are always looking for and hopefully finding things you "lose"! Right?!)  I am happier, healthier form of myself these days, with the excess 30 pounds gone.  

My next set of goals, is more business in genre.  With the housing market SO HOT right now, I intend to list 2 homes, every month, for the next 3 months for a total of 6 before the weather begins to cool and kids go back to school.  Sounds lofty to some.  However, by implementing small changes in my business over the next 3 months, this goal can be achieved and possibly smashed!!

So here it begins!  Small changes... 

  1. make 2 more proactive phone calls a day
  2. write 2 more personal notes a day
  3. pop-by at least 1 of my favorite clients a day (my wife has come up with some fun gifts for you all!)
  4. host a Client Appreciation Party (June 29th, is our 2nd Annual ICE CREAM SOCIAL!!) 
  5. and of course send out my monthly Items of Value to all my most valuable clients

Small Changes, For BIG Results.  But doing it, all while taking care of you and your needs is what I have built my business on.

New Year's 2013 - Small Changes

I hope that your 2012 Holiday Season was blessed, joyful & invigorating! And with it, you closed the door on your best year ever!! But what if you did not? How then do you make this year different? How do you have a new beginning?

Whether you need to make the after taste of 2012 fade quickly or you only need to improve on it slightly, it is my belief that there are really only a handful, a few, maybe half a dozen or so small things - that when applied to your life consistently & daily, over time - WILL make all the difference for you in 2013!

So I would like to challenge you today - January 1st, 2013 (or by week's end) - to sit down and identify one small action in one area of your life that you can either add or change to help you become the person you strive to be. Then for the next 30 days do that one thing everyday!

Here's the key, grab your partner, a family member or friend who you want to share the journey with and let them in on your plan. Now you've got someone to multiply the joy of victories or help carry the disappointment of setbacks.

My one small change is to focus on getting rid of just .25 pound of body weight each day! That's right just one quarter of a pound each day to reach my goal. If you need encouragement or anything along the way, remember - I'm here to help.
