New Year's 2013 - Small Changes

I hope that your 2012 Holiday Season was blessed, joyful & invigorating! And with it, you closed the door on your best year ever!! But what if you did not? How then do you make this year different? How do you have a new beginning?

Whether you need to make the after taste of 2012 fade quickly or you only need to improve on it slightly, it is my belief that there are really only a handful, a few, maybe half a dozen or so small things - that when applied to your life consistently & daily, over time - WILL make all the difference for you in 2013!

So I would like to challenge you today - January 1st, 2013 (or by week's end) - to sit down and identify one small action in one area of your life that you can either add or change to help you become the person you strive to be. Then for the next 30 days do that one thing everyday!

Here's the key, grab your partner, a family member or friend who you want to share the journey with and let them in on your plan. Now you've got someone to multiply the joy of victories or help carry the disappointment of setbacks.

My one small change is to focus on getting rid of just .25 pound of body weight each day! That's right just one quarter of a pound each day to reach my goal. If you need encouragement or anything along the way, remember - I'm here to help.
